Responsibilities
Oversee the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
Lead internal and external audits, including ISO and customer audits, and implement corrective actions.
Develop and monitor quality metrics and reporting systems to drive accountability and improvement.
Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Manage customer complaints, non-conformances, and root cause analysis processes.
Ensure all quality documentation, including control plans, inspection reports, and certifications, are maintained accurately.
Train and mentor quality team members to uphold high standards of performance and discipline.
Requirements

Key skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; technical background preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a manufacturing or OEM-facing role.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs with tight deadlines and high customer expectations.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems.
Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment with a high level of accountability.
