Our Process Engineers are hands-on problem solvers who drive manufacturing excellence by developing, refining, and optimizing production processes. You’ll work closely with design, tooling, and operations teams to ensure every part is made efficiently, consistently, and to spec. From tooling development to root cause analysis and process validation, you’ll be instrumental in delivering precision and scalability to support customer growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communications, deliverables, and expectations.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to execute programs effectively.

  • Track and manage risks, changes, and open issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear reporting.

  • Monitor program performance against KPIs such as cost, delivery, and quality, and drive corrective actions as needed.

  • Lead customer and internal program reviews, preparing reports and presenting progress updates.

  • Support commercial negotiations and scope changes with a clear understanding of program implications.

Requirements

Key skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; technical background preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a manufacturing or OEM-facing role.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs with tight deadlines and high customer expectations.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis (e.g., MS Project, Excel, ERP systems).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment with a high level of accountability.
